Hello, voter! Below, find everything you need to know to make your voice heard — including how to register, update your registration, get a mail ballot, vote early, and vote on Election Day.

Registering to vote: The deadline to update your registration is October 5, 2020. You can do that on the homepage or at GoVoteKY.com.

Restored voting rights: Many people with felony backgrounds are newly eligible to vote in this year’s elections thanks to an Executive Order by Governor Andy Beshear. Use this website out of your rights have been restored.

How to vote by mail: Request an absentee ballot online or by contacting your county clerk. The deadline to request an absentee ballot is October 27.

Your mail ballot must be received by 6:00 pm on Election Day (November 3). Many more voters are expected to use mail ballots this year, so make sure you leave plenty of time to request and return your ballot! 

Voting on Election Day: Polls are open 6:00 am – 6:00 pm on Election Day. Be sure to bring your ID!
